Submit your most creative duct tape uses and thoughts to the Duck Tape Club. Use this form to send us all text-based information such as duct tape poetry, short stories, songs, chants, etc. If you are submitting an audio recording, photograph, or videotape, write a brief description of your submission in the form below, or you can mail your materials to The Duck Tape Club, Henkel Corporation, 32150 Just Imagine Drive, Avon, Ohio 44011-1355.

Our judges will review your material within three weeks. If your material is selected to appear on the website, it will not be returned so please do not send one-of-a-kind original materials! Please include your name, full address, e-mail address, and the description you type below with your submissions. Any submissions we receive that do not include that information will be rejected.
